Clay & tea
A day at the potter’s studio, then a private tea ceremony in a garden that isn’t on any map.
Day 05–06
Cedar trails
Kurama to Kibune on foot, lunch over the river, and a night at a mountain ryokan.
Day 07–09
Fushimi & the table
A sake brewer’s ledger, a kaiseki kitchen that seats ten, and lantern-lit Gion after ten.
Day 10–11
Slow goodbye
A free morning, a last bowl of soba, and the train to Kansai.
